How ZeroStake works

Hourly trading tournaments for pump.fun coins and crypto perpetuals. You trade with paper SOL, the market is real, and the top traders win real SOL.

Free to playNo depositNo wallet connectionNew round every hourReal SOL prizes

1Overview

ZeroStake is a trading terminal with a game on top. Every hour a new tournament starts and every player gets the same 10 virtual SOL. You trade live pump.fun coins and Hyperliquid perpetuals with it. Prices, fees and price impact follow the real market, but your trades never touch the chain and never move a real price.

When the hour ends, the best three traders who finished in profit share the round's prize pool in real SOL, sent automatically to the payout wallet they registered. The prize pool is funded by the creator fees of the $ZEROSTAKE coin.

2Getting started

  1. Press Join and pick a trader name.
  2. Paste your Solana payout wallet. This is only the address prizes are sent to. ZeroStake never asks you to connect a wallet, sign anything or deposit. One player per wallet.
  3. Trade. Use the quick-buy button on any coin card, open a coin for the full chart and order panel, or go to Perpetuals.
  4. Watch the leaderboard and the round timer. When the round ends, prizes are paid and everyone starts again with 10 SOL.
Only players with a payout wallet are ranked and can win. You can trade without one, but you will not appear on the leaderboard.

3Tournaments and rounds

  • A new round starts at the top of every hour (UTC). The timer in the header shows the time left; it turns orange at 5 minutes and red in the last minute.
  • Round alerts appear at 10, 5 and 1 minute and 10 seconds before the end, and when a new round starts. Click the timer once to also get them as system notifications when the tab is in the background.
  • At the end of a round all positions are valued at the live price, the winners are picked and a winners window is shown to everyone. Winners get confetti and their prize and PnL.
  • The next round starts immediately: balances go back to 10 SOL, open positions and orders are cleared.

Result cap

A round result above 250 SOL equity from coin trading can only come from a price error, so that player's round is reset. Perpetuals profits do not count toward this cap.

4Trading coins

Pulse

Pulse lists live pump.fun coins in three columns:

ColumnWhat it shows
New PairsFresh launches on the bonding curve with at least $500 of volume.
Final StretchCoins past half of the bonding curve, biggest market cap first.
MigratedCoins that filled the curve (85 SOL) and moved to PumpSwap.

Coin data comes straight from Solana: every bonding-curve trade and launch is streamed live, and PumpSwap prices are read from the pool itself. pump.fun Mayhem Mode coins are not listed.

Placing trades

  • Quick buy: the ⚡ button on a card buys with the preset amount (P1, P2, P3, editable per column).
  • Market: buy with an amount in SOL, sell a percentage of your holding. The Sell button shows exactly how much SOL you get.
  • Limit: set a trigger market cap with the slider or by typing; the order fills by itself when the price gets there, even with the site closed. The target is drawn on the chart.
  • Take profit / stop loss: attach them to a buy, or set them on an open position. They sell automatically.

Fees and fills

Every fill uses pump.fun's own formulas: a 1% fee on buys and sells plus price impact (bigger orders move the price more). Before any fill the server reads the coin's real price on Solana, so a wrong price on the board can never be traded.

Your trades do not move the real market. They are simulated against the real price and liquidity at that moment.

5Perpetuals

  • Long or short BTC, ETH, SOL and 100+ markets at live Hyperliquid prices.
  • Leverage up to 20x (each market has its own maximum).
  • Margin comes from the same tournament SOL. Market and limit orders, take profit and stop loss.
  • Costs: 0.045% fee on open and close (Hyperliquid's taker fee) and hourly funding at the market's live rate.
  • Liquidation: if the price reaches your liquidation price, that position's margin is lost.
  • Perp profits and losses count toward your rank like coin trades.

6Leaderboard and scoring

Players are ranked live by score:

Score = round PnL % × boost
PnL is measured from the 10 SOL start (plus any bonus SOL). A boost only multiplies a positive result; a losing round stays a losing round.

Equity is the SOL you hold plus the live value of your coins and perpetual positions. Click any player for their stats: balance, PnL, win rate, best and worst trade, open positions and recent trades, with a link to their wallet on Solscan.

7Prize pool and payouts

Where the pool comes from

Every trade of the $ZEROSTAKE coin on pump.fun pays a creator fee to the ZeroStake dev wallet. The prize pool of a round is the creator fees earned during that round, read live from the blockchain. The more $ZEROSTAKE trades, the bigger the prizes.

How a round's pool is split

ShareGoes to
60%Top 3 prizes, split 50 / 30 / 20
10%Holder rewards, paid daily (see Holder rewards)
15%Boost bonus pool (see Boosts)
5%Daily clan pool (see Clans)
10%Automatic buyback and burn of $ZEROSTAKE

Who wins

  • Only players who finish the round in profit (above their 10 SOL start) can win. Ending at exactly 10 SOL or below wins nothing, whatever your rank.
  • The top 3 players in profit, by score, take 50%, 30% and 20% of the prize share.
  • If fewer than three players are in profit, the unearned places roll into the next round's pool.

Payouts

Prizes are sent automatically from the dev wallet to each winner's payout wallet a few moments after the round ends. Every payout is a normal Solana transfer you can check on Solscan; past winners and their transactions are listed on the Winners page.

8Boosts: burn for an edge

A boost multiplies your score for the current round. You pay for it by burning $ZEROSTAKE from your payout wallet: the tokens are destroyed for good.

BoostScore multiplierPrice
Tier 11.15x2% of the round pool, at least 0.02 SOL
Tier 22.5x10% of the round pool, at least 0.1 SOL
Tier 33.5x20% of the round pool, at least 0.25 SOL

Boosts are priced off the current round's pool and converted to $ZEROSTAKE at the live price, so as pools grow, every boost burns more.

How to boost

  1. Press Boost in the header and pick a tier. The site shows the exact amount of $ZEROSTAKE to burn and locks the price for 10 minutes.
  2. In Phantom or Solflare, open $ZEROSTAKE in your payout wallet and use Burn for that amount. Or send that amount to the Solana dead address (below) with a normal Send.
  3. Copy the transaction signature and paste it into the Boost window. The server checks on Solana that the burn or transfer is confirmed, came from your payout wallet, happened after the quote and is large enough.

Dead address

If your wallet has no Burn button, or its Burn button would burn your whole balance, send the exact amount to Solana's incinerator address instead:

1nc1nerator11111111111111111111111111111111

Nobody owns this address: it has no private key, so tokens sent there can never move again. It counts exactly like a burn, for boosts and for clans. Your wallet may warn you about the address; that is expected. The first send to it can cost about 0.002 SOL of network rent for its token account.

Boost bonus pool

If a boosted player finishes in the top 3, they also take their place's share of the boost bonus pool. The share of an unboosted winner is burned instead, with one exception: the giant killer. An unboosted #1 who beat at least one boosted player keeps the bonus.

The edge is for sale, the win is not: a boost multiplies a good result, it cannot turn a loss into a win.

9Clans

  • Found a clan by burning about 0.5 SOL worth of $ZEROSTAKE. Pick a name and a 2-5 letter tag.
  • Clans start with 10 member slots; the founder can upgrade them by 5 at a time up to 25, each upgrade burning about 0.5 SOL of $ZEROSTAKE.
  • Every round, the top 10 players score 10 → 1 points for their clan.
  • At 00:00 UTC the top 3 clans of the day split the daily clan pool 50 / 30 / 20; inside a clan, by points each member scored. Paid automatically to members' payout wallets.

10Buyback and burn

10% of every round's pool, plus burned boost bonuses, is used to buy $ZEROSTAKE on the market and burn it. This runs automatically from the dev wallet, after prizes are paid. The header shows the total $ZEROSTAKE burned by buybacks and by players.

11Holder rewards

Hold $ZEROSTAKE in your own wallet and earn a daily share of the rewards pool in SOL. Nothing is locked or sent anywhere: register your wallet on the Rewards page and keep holding.

  • 10% of every round's pool goes to the rewards pool.
  • Every 10 minutes the site reads each registered wallet's $ZEROSTAKE balance on Solana. A day's points = the lowest balance that day × the hold-streak multiplier.
  • Balances count from 5,000,000 (0.5% of the supply) up to 30,000,000 (3%). More is fine, it earns like 30M.
  • Hold-streak multipliers: 1.5x from day 1, 2.15x after 7 days, 3.5x after 30 days, 5.25x after 90 days. Selling more than 10% from your highest balance, or dropping below the minimum, restarts the streak.
  • At 00:00 UTC the day's pool is split by points and sent in SOL to the registered wallets. Very small amounts carry over to the next day.

12$ZEROSTAKE token

$ZEROSTAKE is the pump.fun coin behind ZeroStake. Its creator fees fund the prize pools; burning it buys boosts and clans; buybacks reduce its supply.

—
Always check the contract address on this page or in the app before buying. ZeroStake will never DM you, ask for your seed phrase or ask you to connect a wallet.

13Fair play

  • One player per payout wallet; everyone starts each round with the same 10 SOL.
  • Fills are checked against the real on-chain price before they happen.
  • Bonus SOL added by ZeroStake (rare, announced) raises that player's start, so it never counts as profit.
  • Results above the cap are reset; obviously broken prices and Mayhem Mode coins are filtered out.
  • Payouts are public on-chain and listed on the Winners page.

14Tools and features

15FAQ

Do I need to deposit or connect a wallet?

No. You only paste a public wallet address to receive prizes. Trading uses paper SOL.

Why did I not win although I was in the top 3?

Prizes go only to players who finish in profit, above their 10 SOL start. If you ended at or below 10 SOL, the next player in profit takes the place.

When do I get my prize?

Automatically, a few moments after the round ends, to your payout wallet. You can follow the transaction on Solscan from the Winners page.

Can my trades move a coin's price?

No. Trades are simulated against the live price and liquidity; nothing is sent to the chain.

Do boosts guarantee a win?

No. A boost multiplies a positive PnL. A losing round stays a losing round, and an unboosted player can still win.

What happens to my positions when the round ends?

They are valued at the live price for the final result, then cleared. Every round starts fresh with 10 SOL.
